Designed for one business. Yours.

Most of what I do is a good website, fast, for a shop that has none. This is the other thing. When the website is doing real work for the business, it should not look like anybody else's — so the layout, the type, the colour and the way it moves are decided for you, and used nowhere else.

10 working days

Quoted per project, from RM3,500. Then RM150 a month.

Talk to me about it

Who this is for.

Four kinds of business, chosen because the website genuinely affects what they earn — not because they sound impressive.

1

Boutique hotels and eco-resorts

Rooms photographed beautifully, then flattened into a listing that looks like every other hotel. A direct booking is worth the 15% an agent takes.

2

Manufacturers and industrial suppliers

Serious businesses with a website from 2016 that says nothing about capability. Your buyer is checking whether you are real before they send the RFQ.

3

Private medical and aesthetic clinics

A field where trust is the entire purchase, sold on sites that read like a price list. Careful with claims — that matters here more than anywhere.

4

Real estate and property agencies

People judging a six-figure decision on how your listings are presented. The photography is usually already there; the presentation isn't.

How the design gets decided.

One decision from you, made by looking rather than by reading a description. This step is the whole reason the result is yours and not a template with your logo on it.

1

I build three different first screens

Three genuinely different directions for your site — not three colours of one layout. Real pages you open on your phone, with your real name and your real claim on them.

2

You pick one

One. Not a committee, and not a compromise between all three. Then one round of changes to the one you chose.

3

I build the whole site in it

Plus two more rounds of changes. And you get the design system written down — your colours, type and spacing as a document you keep.

One I've built.

Real work for a real business, not a demonstration — so there's no disclaimer on this one.

WIBAWA LEGACY

Heritage ceramics, workshops and cultural programming

The Problem

A business doing two completely different things at once — selling ceramic painting sets to families, and running heritage programmes with government agencies. Those two audiences want nothing alike, and everything the business had was pointed at neither. The craft itself is the thing worth seeing, and none of it was visible.

What I Decided, And Why

1

Two doors on the first screen, one brand

Families and government agencies get separate, obvious paths in from the top of the homepage, without splitting the business into two brands. Trying to speak to both in one paragraph would have failed for both.

2

A gallery-white world, so the clay is the only colour

One typeface, white and off-white grounds, a single clay tone, and square corners throughout. Every warm colour on the page comes from the pottery itself. A decorated site would have competed with the work it exists to sell.

3

Named real people and named real partners

Four team members with photographs, and partner organisations listed by name with dates. No invented testimonials and no trust badges — this business has real proof, so it gets used instead of decoration.

4

The enquiry form hands off instead of submitting

Fill it in, pick a channel, and it writes the message and opens WhatsApp or your mail app. Their enquiries genuinely happen on WhatsApp, so the form was built around that rather than against it — nothing gets lost in a form that goes nowhere.

What It Does For The Owner

Seven pages that make a small Perak craft business look like what it actually is — one with a fifteen-event track record and named government partners — without claiming a single thing it can't back up.

What you get.

  • A design made for you, used on no other site
  • Every word written for you
  • Motion, where it earns its place
  • Built for phones first
  • WhatsApp button and tap-to-call
  • Enquiry handling straight to you
  • Map, Waze link and your real hours
  • Set up so Google can read it
  • Three rounds of changes in total
  • Your design system, written down and yours to keep

What it isn't.

I'd rather be clear now than awkward later.

A system for you to edit it yourself
Deliberate. You send me changes and I make them, and that's covered by the monthly fee. It keeps your site fast and keeps you off a software subscription.
An online shop, a booking calendar, or logins
Different job, different quote. The enquiry form takes their details and sends them to you; it doesn't hold slots or accounts.
Five days
That's the other product. This one is ten working days, and the clock starts when your photographs and details arrive — not when you pay.

What it costs.

Every project is a different size, so every project gets its own quote. This is where it starts.

To build

from RM3,500

Half to start, half when it goes live.

An agency quoting this same work will tell you six to eight weeks. They're being honest when they say it — they just aren't working the way I am.

Then, every month

RM150 /mo

Hosting, the security certificate, your domain name, daily backups, uptime monitoring — and changes when you need them. New prices, new photographs, new staff. Send a WhatsApp and I do it.

Tell me what the business does.

That's the whole first conversation. Twenty minutes, and I'll tell you straight whether this is worth it for you or whether the RM900 one would do the same job.
